- On arrival at the Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort & Spa guests are to report to the main gate and to proceed to the Grip Realty Office Shop No.9, The Market Oubaai, Retail Centre.
- Keys are to be collected from our offices between 09H00 – 16H00. Special arrangements can be made for after hour collection. On departure keys to be handed in at the Grip Realty Office.
- Arrival time 14H00 and Departure time 09H00
- Tenants are to adhere to all the rules and regulations in the Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort & Spa
- Additional charge - Exit clean
- Breakage deposit – Should there be breakages or damages the amount will be taken off the deposit amount and refunded within 30 days of the tenant vacating the premises.
- Cleaning Service during your stay – The contact details of the cleaning service will be forwarded to you should you require this service during your stay. The cleaning account is to be settled direct between the guest and the cleaning service.
- The booking will only be confirmed once a deposit of 50% has been paid.
- The remainder of the 50% plus the breakage deposit and exit clean is payable as per agreement of lease.
- Should a confirmed booking be cancelled the 50% deposit will not be refunded unless another guest is found to fill the reservation. Cancellation of the booking will only be accepted in writing one month prior to arrival from the guest for the period booked for. Cancellation 0 – 15 days before date of arrival – full deposit paid is forfeited. Cancellation on arrival or during stay – full payment due. Cancellation due to premature departure – no refund.
- Pets are under no circumstances allowed on the premises.
- Indemnity – Neither the Lessor / Grip Realty cc or Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort & Spa will be held for any injury, loss of life or any other claim arising from any accident suffered by the Tenant, his family or guests.
- Inventory- A detailed inventory exists and should be checked by the tenant at time of taking occupation and discrepancies reported to our office within 24 hours.
- The tenant is reminded that upon acceptance of this offer and payment of the deposit, a binding contract is completed whether he/she occupies the unit or not.
- Please bring own beach and bath towels.
- Adults must supervise their young children at all times.
- TV/DSTV – All apartments have local channels available. DSTV is not available in all apartments please enquire on date of booking if DSTV is available or if a DSTV smart card is required.
